Adobe Photoshop Express

There really aren’t many instructions on how to use the program. The company is assuming that the user has a basic knowledge of how to upload a picture and edit it.  The biggest obstacle to getting started was registering for the free service and waiting to get an email response back confirming the registration.

I thought the tool was very ease to use. It was like putting a copy of Photoshop online for anyone to use, it doesn’t have as many bells and whistles as Photoshop but enough for most amateurs to use. The average user should be able to get the site up and running with their photo albums in no time, it uploads all picture to Flickr.com so there is very little exporting from the program though it is a feature. For the beginning user there is a website www.photoshopexpresstechniques.com that they can learn from. A beginning user would have little problem in getting this program working after a couple tries. The program is very flexible it features so many options to the basic user, it sort of makes the desktop version of Photoshop pointless for most users.

Adobe Buzzword

Adobe Buzzword is a great tool for researchers or even groups looking to collaborate on one document. The program basically allows anyone with an internet connection the use of there word processing program.  It does not have all the bells and whistles of a program like Microsoft Word but its functional enough where most people could use it. One of the nice features of the program is that it allows you to export the files in different formats.  All that is required of a user for this program is a free registration on Adobe’s website.

The program is so straightforward it is very easy to use. The only obstacle I had with the program was figuring out how to export my file, once I did that it was smooth sailing. For the beginning user as long as you know how to use a basic office document you should have no problem with this program. For the medium user they should be able to use this program like it was on there computer. The program is very flexible as it outputs in different formats and the email feature allows the author to send it to multiple parties for review.
